💙 Why Fishing Matters
The Angling Trust highlights how fishing supports both mental and physical wellbeing – helping reduce stress, improve mood, build confidence, and ease feelings of isolation. It’s a calm, absorbing activity that encourages gentle movement, time outdoors, and meaningful social connection.
The Canal & River Trust also notes benefits such as improved concentration, mindfulness, relaxation, and the simple joy of being part of a friendly community of anglers.
Our safaris embody all of this:
• A supportive, social atmosphere
• Anglers of all abilities welcomed
• Shared knowledge, teamwork, and plenty of laughs
• A chance to reconnect with nature and each other

🎣 See you on the bank at Tyn y Graig!
